STUART PACK

For over thirty years, Stuart Pack has concentrated his practice in all facets of real estate law, including the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties, the leasing of shopping centers, office, condominium conversion projects, real estate finance and title insurance matters. Mr. Pack has frequently represented Fortune 500 companies and other developers of community shopping centers, neighborhood shopping centers, and mixed-use projects in a variety of different lease transactions including build-to-suit leases (including national preferred-developer arrangements), reverse build-to-suit leases, pad leases, major tenant leases, and shop leases. He has extensive experience in the preparation and negotiation of reciprocal easement agreements, development agreements and other ancillary agreements with respect to development, acquisition, and disposition of shopping centers. In addition to the foregoing matters, he was involved in the sale of several New York City landmark buildings. His articles on real estate transactions have appeared in various legal publications, including The Phoenix Business Journal, The Arizona Journal of Real Estate and Business and The New York Law Journal.
